RESERVATIONS
Services are available by appointment only. A credit card is required
to secure all appointments.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes in advance of your scheduled
appointment. Arriving early gives you ample time to check-in and change,
if necessary. Arriving late for any service will shorten the length of the
treatment time. If you are running late, a phone call is appreciated.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Late fees will be imposed
on appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. No shows will be charged
the entire amount and if a gift certificate is used, the gift certificate will be
reduced to half value.
CELL PHONES
To preserve the quiet ambiance, we ask that cell phones be turned off when
you arrive for treatment.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available for services only. Gift certificates cannot
be redeemed for cash or used with other discounts or specials.
